Sarah Spencer's Transatlantic Band is an exciting combination of seasoned veterans and fresh young talent who share their leader's commitment to the music of New Orleans.
The traditional front line of cornet, trombone and reeds is propelled by a piano-less rhythm section of bass, guitar and drums. The sextet's wide ranging repertoire is both exciting to listen to and compulsively danceable.
